B&D VENUES is a Brailsford & Dunlavey practice group dedicated to serving major educational institutions, professional sports organizations, public agencies, and non-profit clients. This specialized group’s expertise encompasses stadiums, ballparks, arenas, convention centers, conference centers, performing arts centers, and other sports and assembly facilities. The group is comprised of some of the industry’s most experienced planners and project managers, and has served more than 100 clients on more than 150 projects.

Our planning approach integrates market analyses, feasibility evaluations, financial analyses, architectural programming, site evaluation, and economic impact assessment into a comprehensive process in which users and client decision-makers are involved at every step. The end result is a consensus-driven project that all vested stakeholders helped create through their participation in the logic of planning decisions.

Our implementation approach emphasizes the facilitation of our clients’ decision-making processes and the relentless execution of their vision. Whether selecting and managing architects and builders, or maintaining control over the three critical project drivers — cost, schedule, and program, our role is to ensure that our client’s performance criteria are met in every aspect.
